The results of qPCR and western blot showed that, compared to the control group, mRNA of Akt1 (Figure 3(a)), and phosphorylated protein levels of Akt, mTOR significantly decreased in keloid tissues from the Wubeizi ointment-treated group (Figure 3(b)), and the effect is dose-dependent (P < 0.05). Here, MTOR is linked to keloid.
