Reactome pathway analysis of the genes with different prevalence showed that the nonmetastatic group was characterized by gene sets associated with developmental biology, signal transduction signaling, PI3K/AKT activation, and cancer classic signaling pathways (Figure 3(c)), while the metastatic group was characterized by gene sets associated with homology recombination repair, DNA repair, and DNA double-strand break signaling pathway (Figure 3(c)).
