RAC3 and cancer: Rac family of small GTPase 3 (RAC3), also called ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 3, is a member of the Rho GTPases family, including RAC1, RAC2, and RAC3, which plays a critical role in cancer progression (Pai et al., 2010; Wertheimer et al., 2012; Kazanietz and Caloca, 2017; Maldonado and Dharmawardhane, 2018).
