The transcription factor gene family NFAT consists of five different members, including NFATc1, NFATc2, NFATc3, NFATc4, and NFAT5. To verify the relationship between the NFAT family members and G0S2, the expression levels of the five NFAT members in MG patients were determined by qRT-PCR. The gene discussed is NFATC4; the disease is myasthenia gravis.
