In light of our research into miR-150, we ultimately developed a novel FLT3 ligand-binding (amidoamine)-miR-150 nanoparticle (G7-FLT3L-miR-150 nanoparticle) 22, which specifically delivered miR-150 to FLT3-overexpressing AML cells by employing FLT3L as a guiding molecule. This evidence concerns the gene FLT3 and acute myeloid leukemia.
