TNF and connective tissue disorder: The second network is associated with connective tissue development and function, dermatological diseases and conditions, organismal injury and abnormalities, with hubs of ELAVL1, CCND1, and FMOD. Finally, the last network was enriched for cell death and survival, connective tissue disorders, and inflammatory disease functions, reflected by a predominant hub being TNF.
