FREM1 and breast cancer: The subgroup analysis demonstrated that patients with low‐FREM1 expression showed a worse outcome in group age <50 years or ≥50 years, IDC, stage I/II, stage III/IV, Luminal, Her‐2 overexpression, and TNBC subtypes, (Figure 3), and RFS was poor in the group with low‐FREM1 expression and an age ≥ 50 years, IDC, stage I/II, stage III/IV, Luminal, and TNBC subtypes (Figure 4). These results suggested that low expression of FREM1 can serve as a prognosticator of OS and RFS in subgroups of BC patients.
