Consistent with their capability to disrupt BCL10 filament formation, BCL10-P2 and BCL10-P4 displayed a strong and specific inhibitory effect on the growth of the NF-κB-addicted ABC-DLBCL cells (HBL1 and TMD8 cell lines) but not the NF-κB-independent GCB-DLBCL cells (the OCl-LY1 cell line) (Figure 2A-B).
