A subsequent study by Zhou and colleagues investigated EZH2 protein expression levels in 202 cases comprised of type-1 (endometrioid adenocarcinomas, n = 141) and type-2 (serous and clear cell carcinomas, n = 61) endometrial cancers, and detected overexpression in 7.6% and 63% of tumors respectively [16]. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and endometrial cancer.
