Thus far, various lncRNAs and protein complexes have been investigated for their anti-apoptotic activity in various cancer types: lncRNA AGAP2-AS1/CBP in breast cancer [83], FMR1-AS1/TLR7 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma [84], DLEU1/mTOR in endometrial carcinoma [85], FAM83A-AS1/NOP83 in hepatocellular carcinoma [86], APOC1P1-3/tubulin in breast cancer [87], and ZFPM2-AS1/MIF in gastric cancer [88] have been studied by diverse groups. This evidence concerns the gene EIF4E and breast cancer.
