CD40LG and COVID-19: Li et al. used ELISA diagnosis kits based on the SARS-CoV-2 recombinant nucleoplasmid protein (rN) and spike protein (rS) by determining the presence of SARS-CoV-2 Immunoglobulin M (IgM) and Immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies in COVID-19 patients using horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated anti-human IgM antibody and HRP-conjugated anti-human IgG antibody, respectively [189].
