Nettersheim et al. [27] first showed that Romidepsin induced apoptosis in TCam-2 cells at concentrations >10 nM, and later treated the various (T)GCT cell lines with TSA, vorinostat, valproic, acid and romidepsin, demonstrating that these agents induced the expression of PRAME in cell lines representative of NS [49]. This evidence concerns the gene PRAME and granular cell tumor.
