The findings for whether SIRT6 could be involved in RA suggested that, relative to the LPS + oe-NC and the LPS + oe-MDM2 group, elevated SIRT6 and suppressed cell viability and secretion of inflammatory factors (IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α) and phosphorylation of p65 were found in the LPS + oe-SIRT6 and the LPS + oe-MDM2 + oe-SIRT6 group (Figures 4D–F).
