CRP and Cirrhosis: The higher APS was significantly associated with female (P = 0.006); cirrhosis (P < 0.001); PT ≥ 13.6 s (P < 0.001); TBIL ≥ 28.3 μmol/L (P < 0.001); WBC ≤ 4.24 × 109/L (P < 0.001); neutrophil ≤ 2.41 × 109/L (P < 0.001); lymphocyte ≤ 1.43 × 109/L (P < 0.001); CRP ≥ 1.81 mg/L (P < 0.001); AST ≥ 41.0 U/L (P < 0.001); older patients (P < 0.001); increased ALBI grade (P < 0.001); and increased PNI, mGPS, GPS, and CAR (P < 0.001).
