TSC2 and angiomyolipoma: Patients with TSC2 mutations also had significantly higher rates of multiple angiomyolipomas (92.3 vs. 67.2, p < 0.0001), bilateral angiomyolipomas (87 vs. 47.5%, p < 0.0001) angiomyolipoma lesions >3 cm (31.2 vs. 11.5%, p = 0.0013) and growing angiomyolipomas (23.2 vs. 9.8%, p = 0.0150).
