KEGG pathway analysis showed that the top 10 deferentially-enriched KEGG pathways related to dysregulated mRNAs were involved in tryptophan metabolism, graft-versus-host disease, allograft rejection, thyroid hormone synthesis, type I diabetes mellitus, autoimmune thyroid disease, the intestinal immune network for IgA production, staphylococcus aureus infection, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), and viral myocarditis (Figure 6D). This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and autoimmune thyroid disease.
