KEGG pathway analysis showed that the top 10 deferentially-enriched KEGG pathways related to dysregulated mRNAs were involved in tryptophan metabolism, graft-versus-host disease, allograft rejection, thyroid hormone synthesis, type I diabetes mellitus, autoimmune thyroid disease, the intestinal immune network for IgA production, staphylococcus aureus infection, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), and viral myocarditis (Figure 6D). The gene discussed is CD79A; the disease is viral myocarditis.
