The metastases, which were observed by yellow fluorescence in the lungs, indicated that the intrapulmonary metastasis in the FATS overexpression group was less than that observed in the vector control group (Fig. 7b, c), demonstrating that FATS inhibits NSCLC tumour growth and metastatic properties in vitro. The gene discussed is C10orf90; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
