The IHC staining (Figure 5D) showed that NR6A1 promoted the neural cell‐specific marker MAP2 expression as well as proliferating cell nuclear antigen PCNA expression in mice after feeding of 19 days, whereas the E‐cadherin were suppressed and the staining is very weak, suggesting that NT‐2 cells with NR6A1 transfection may have the capacity to proliferate and transform into neural cells in tumor xenografts. This evidence concerns the gene NR6A1 and neoplasm.
