We also noticed that trastuzumab upregulates ITB1, GNAS2, and GNA13 in EVs emitted by trastuzumab-sensitive breast cancer cells MCF7/Her2-18 [30], but not in EVs emitted by ErbB2-positive trastuzumab-resistant human breast cancer cells HCC-1419 [18] (Figs. 4c, d, and 5c, d). The gene discussed is GNA13; the disease is breast cancer.
