Firstly, we found that plasma PCSK9 levels were significantly correlated with LCI and HGI, the novel CVMMs related to cardiovascular risks, in all CAD patients and positively associated with lipid- and glucose-related CVMMs including TC, LDL-C, non-HDL-C and HbA1C in DM participants with stable CAD. Here, PCSK9 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
