SNAI2 and ovarian carcinoma: The loss of E-Cad expression in response to suppression of TIMP-2 expression in ovarian cancer cells in our study did not lead to a change in the expression of classical EMT transcription factors downstream of E-Cad such as SLUG, SNAIL and TWIST.
