IGFBP3 and neoplasm: Further analyses showed that these miRNAs are associated with pituitary tumor-transforming gene (PTTG), insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 3, 7 (IGFBP-3, 7), and insulin-like growth factor-binding protein complex acid labile subunit chain precursor (IGFALS), which are involved in protein binding, receptor binding, cell communication, and regulation of growth.
