Load tests were conducted using four hypothalamic hormones: LH-releasing hormone (100 μg), GH-releasing hormone (100 μg), corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH, 100 μg), and thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH, 250 μg) in order to confirm the diagnosis of panhypopituitarism. The gene discussed is CRH; the disease is panhypopituitarism.
