FGFR4 and cancer: The findings did not support an association between FGFR4 rs351855 polymorphism and overall cancer susceptibility in heterozygous (OR = 0.97, 95% CI = 0.87–1.07, P=0.514, AG vs GG), homozygous (OR = 1.14, 95% CI = 0.95–1.37, P=0.166, AA vs GG), dominant (OR = 0.98, 95% CI = 0.87–1.10, P=0.686, AG+AA vs GG), recessive (OR = 1.15, 95% CI = 0.98–1.33, P=0.79, AA vs AG+GG), and allele (OR = 1.02, 95% CI = 0.93–1.12, P=0.663, A vs G) genetic models (Figure 2 and Table 2).
