In this study, our results showed that when the proportion of senescent cells increased, the cytokines in either patient serum or culture supernatant of lymphoma cell line included IL‐2, IL‐6, IL‐8, and IL‐35, IL‐10, TGF‐β1 and TNF‐α were all up‐regulated to varying degrees, which constitutes a unique secretion phenotype of pro‐inflammatory and immunosuppressive. The gene discussed is IL10; the disease is lymphoma.
