After treatment with ARG at a concentration of 100 μM, 200 μM, and 400 μM for 48 h, the treated glioma cells (U87MG, T98G) significantly reduced the expression of phosphorylated AKT and mTOR and correspondingly regulated the expression of phosphorylated AKT and mTOR, but there were no significant changes in AKT and mTOR of the total protein level (Figures 5(a) and 5(b)). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
