In this study, we therefore performed a pilot study by recruiting a total of 22 NSCLC patients who failed to previous lines of chemotherapy, chemoradiotherapy, TKI therapy, surgery, or any combination of the therapies, and investigated the clinical efficacy of Camrelizumab, a humanized, high-affinity IgG4-kappa mAb against PD-1, combined with Apatinib, a small molecular drug targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2). This evidence concerns the gene KDR and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
