A study with an average follow-up time of 8 years showed that the 5-year EFS of 244 ETV6-RUNX1-positive ALL children accounted (86 ± 2)%, while that of the ETV6-RUNX1-negative B-ALL children was (72 ± 2)% (38). Here, RUNX1 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
