In the cohort of 185 CN-AML patients from the GSE6891 dataset, the CLIC4high group tends to have fewer NPM1 mutations (P = 0.0209) and more FLT3-ITD patients (P < 0.0001), while no significant differences between the CLIC4low and CLIC4high groups were observed in the CEBPA and N-ras/K-ras mutation groups (P = 0.5949 and P = 0.195, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and acute myeloid leukemia.
