The levels of phosphorylated NF-κB p65 (p-p65) were also dramatically increased in another EGFR-mutant lung cancer cell line with acquired resistance to EGFR TKIs (PC9GR and PC9OR) compared to parental/sensitive cell line PC9, as shown in Figure S2, demonstrating that NF-κB was activated in EGFR-mutant lung cancer with acquired resistance to EGFR TKIs.
