AKT1 and gastric cancer: Ni et al. [41] treated MGC-803 and BGC-823 GC cells with different concentrations of Cinobufacin and found that Cinobufacin has significant antitumor cell proliferation and apoptosis effects both in vivo and in vitro and can inhibit the growth of gastric cancer cells by inhibiting the Akt/mTOR pathway and induce cell apoptosis through the internal pathway.
