In primary tumor samples (PSs), the top 5 genes with the highest mutation frequency were TP53 (41.8%), KRAS (30.7%), ARID1A (22.2%), TERT (14.3%), and CDKN2A (13.1%), while in metastasis tumor samples (MSs), they similarly were TP53 (36.7%), KRAS (36.7%), LRP1B (22.4%), CDKN2A (16.3%), and ARID1A (14.2%, Figures 2(a) and 2(b)). The gene discussed is LRP1B; the disease is neoplasm.
