Naïve B cells from MR patients showed lower BACH1 (1.0 ± 0.0, 2.9 ± 0.8, and 0.8 ± 0.3 fold difference for HC, NR, and MR respectively), BACH2 (1.0 ± 0.0, 3.4 ± 0.9, and 0.9 ± 0.3 fold difference for HC, NR, and MR respectively), and PAX5 (1.0 ± 0.0, 2.7 ± 0.8, and 1.0 ± 0.8 fold difference for HC, NR, and MR respectively) expression compared with NR patients (p < 0.001, MR vs NR, for all) (Figure 2C).
