The pooled sensitivity, specificity, PLR, NLR, and DOR estimates for the detection of PJI using combined serum IL-6 and CRP were 0.84 (95% CI, 0.80−0.88), 0.85 (95% CI, 0.82−0.88), 5.98 (95% CI, 3.24−11.01), 0.17 (95% CI, 0.07−0.39), and 58.35 (95% CI, 18.04−188.79), respectively. Here, CRP is linked to juvenile polyposis syndrome.
