Stratification of patients with (n = 7) and without (n = 22) TAA-specific IL-5 or IFN-y response, revealed a correlation between HCC-associated antigen-specific T cell responses and disease-free survival (DFS; 27.5 vs. 10 months; p = 0.002; Fig. 4c).
