LIMS1 and lung adenocarcinoma: Using tissues from human patients with lung adenocarcinoma (Fig. 1a–c) as well as those from KrasG12D-induced lung adenocarcinoma in mice (Fig. 1e), we show that the level of PINCH-1 is significantly increased in lung adenocarcinoma, which is correlated with poorer human patient survival (Fig. 1d).
