The results showed that low expression of ESR1 (HR = 0.84,95%CI:0.74 ~ 0.96,P = 0.01), low expression of MAPK10 (HR = 0.77,95%CI:0.60 ~ 0.97,P = 0.03), low expression of Tp53 (HR = 0.84,95%CI:0.73 ~ 0.98,P = 0.023), high expression of YKT6 (high expression of HR = 1.16,95%CI:1.02 ~ 1.33,P = 0.029), and high expression of NSF (HR = 1.23,95%CI:1.07 ~ 1.40,P = 0.003) were associated with overall survival decreasing of patients with ovarian cancer (Fig. 10). This evidence concerns the gene NSF and ovarian cancer.
