Respectively, the results showed that the IC50 of Rh2 and Rh2-M were 26.48 ± 2.13 μg/mL and 21.71 ± 1.85 μg/mL, which suggest that Rh2-M can enhance the inhibitory effect of Rh2 on lung cancer cells (p < .05). Here, RHAG is linked to lung carcinoma.
