The results of hematoxylin–eosin (HE) staining showed that the tumor cells in the positive group and the Rh2-M group had different degrees of necrosis, while the tumor cells in the positive group and the Rh2-M group had slight apoptosis, which further indicated that Rh2-M had inhibitory effect on lung cancer cells (Figure 8).
