Consistent with the reports by Narla et al. [81], KLF6 was also found to be either inactivated or downregulated in a significant fraction of colorectal cancer [82], non-small cell lung cancer [83], ovarian cancer [15], gliomas [84] and hepatocellular carcinoma [85] cases. The gene discussed is KLF6; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
