F-CKD patients had lower albumin and prealbumin levels (Albumin 4.0 ± 0.3 g/dl vs 4.1 ± 0.3 g/dl, p = 0.04; Prealbumin: 25.8 ± 5.1 mg/dl vs 29.3 ± 5.4 mg/dl, p = 0.037), but there were not significant differences in total cholesterol, transferrin, and (25OH) vitamin D levels. Here, TF is linked to chronic kidney disease.
