Among the 150 ER+/HER2-/Proliferation high breast cancers in the ZNF703-amplified group of the METABRIC study cohort, the most commonly putative increased mRNA expression (z score above 2) was observed in BRF2 (46% of cases), ERLIN2 (42.7% of case), NSD3 (40.7% of cases), ASH2L (39.3% of cases), RAB11FIP1 (38.7% of cases) and PLPBP (38.7% of cases). This evidence concerns the gene ASH2L and breast carcinoma.
