From the analysis of the Inflammatory Mediator Regulation of TRP Channels pathway in Supplementary 4, the high expression in the TRPA1 gene associated with the pathway and reference shows an increase in intracellular Ca2 + concentration and an increase in cell survival in response to ROS H2O2, it shows that Ca2 + influx mediated by TRPA1 can protect cancer cells against oxidative stress (Takahashi et al., 2018). This evidence concerns the gene TRPA1 and cancer.
