Unfortunately, no data were available on YTHDF2 expression in adjacent normal tissues for the following cancers: adrenocortical carcinoma, DLBC (lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma), GBM (glioblastoma multiforme), LAML (acute myeloid leukemia), LGG (lower-grade glioma), mesothelioma, OV (ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma), PAAD (pancreatic adenocarcinoma), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, SARC (sarcoma), skin cutaneous melanoma, testicular germ cell tumor, thymoma, uterine carcinosarcoma, and uveal melanoma. This evidence concerns the gene YTHDF2 and hereditary pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma.
