CD8A and thymoma: According to the ROC curve analysis, the area under the ROC curve for the proportion of IL-8+ naïve CD4+ T cells versus a diagnosis of thymoma was 0.98, with a 95% confidence interval (CI) ranging from 0.95 to 0.99 (Fig. 3a); such a high area under the curve (AUC) was also yielded for IL-8+ naïve CD8+ T cells in the diagnosis of thymoma (Fig. 3b).
