Although the percentages of donor CD4+ T cells infiltrating the tumor among all groups are not significantly different (Supplementary Fig. 6a) and they demonstrated similar proliferation (Supplementary Fig. 6b), there were increased IL-9+CD4+ cells in the groups receiving caSTAT5-transduced cells and caSTAT5 and BATF co-transduced cells, compared to control cells (Supplementary Fig. 6c).
