NFKB1 and invasive ductal breast carcinoma: Additionally, the cell-cycle analysis suggested that most cells highly expressing these key genes were in the phase of G2M and S (Figures 9D,E), and those cell-division-related signaling pathways such as HALLMARK_G2M_CHECKPOINT and HALLMARK_E2F_TARGETS were activated while some tumor-suppressor signaling pathways such as HALLMARK_ P53_PATHWAY and HALLMARK_TNFA_SIGNALING_VIA_ NFKB were downregulated in the invasive ductal carcinoma tissue (Figure 9F).
