CNA gain in KRAS, EGFR and MYC was more common in the mucinous cohort as was CNA loss in TP53 and APC. There was one MSI-H case in the Beaumont cohort and one in the TCGA mucinous cohort making the mucinous MSI-H rate 13.3% compared to 2.7% in the TCGA rectal adenocarcinoma NOS cohort. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and rectum adenocarcinoma.
