CNA loss of TP53 was more common in the mucinous MSS cohort compared to the adenocarcinoma NOS cohort (38.6% vs. 1.47% p = 0.0003) as was CNA loss of APC (30.8% vs. 5.9% p = 0.02) (see Figure 4B). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is adenocarcinoma.
