In accordance with the proliferation assay, EdU fluorescence intensity revealed that DNA synthesis was significantly enhanced in pcDNA-NEAT1-transfected HFLS-RA cells (p < 0.0001, Figures 2E,F), while DNA synthesis was inhibited in HFLS-RA cells transfected with siRNAs against NEAT1 (p < 0.0001, Figures 2G,H). This evidence concerns the gene NEAT1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
