Capietto et al. (72) demonstrated that phospholipase Cγ2 (PLCγ2) drives β-catenin expression in PMN-MDSCs and that together, this PLCγ2-β-catenin axis inhibits the accumulation and suppressive phenotype of PMN-MDSCs in mouse models of lung carcinoma and melanoma. This evidence concerns the gene PLCG2 and melanoma.
