(46) showed that 12 weeks of cycling (2x/week for 30 min at 55% of workload max, plus 1x/week of resistance training) by non-T2D subjects with obesity lowered fasting insulin and glucose without impacting EGP, and improved the suppression of EGP in response to hyperinsulinemia.
